Static: clean destination baked into the QR. No UTMs, no server, no scan log.
Dynamic: same as static, but optional Google UTMs (utm_campaign, etc.) are baked into the destination URL — like QR Codes Made Easy.
Tracked: short link on this domain with scan log + alerts. Admin label/campaign/tags when signed in. Optional UTMs applied on redirect.
